before a reservation

We only have one private parking place which we do not reserve for any customer. Everyone can park when the place is free.
However it is very rare that you won’t be able to find a place on the road in front of the complex. If this is the case then there is free, large, public parking within 30 meters with plenty of places.
In an event of parking shortage we will provide you with a solution.

Your apartment will be ready at 14:00 the latest in your arrival day. You can check in earlier based on the availability with no extra charges. Please contact us for this option.
You should check out from your apartments before 12:00 the latest. Unfortunately, there is no option to extend this time limit despite the availability, while we have the right to charge you more if you don’t check out on time.

Yes we do have a reception area, operating 9:00-17:00 except Sundays. So, if your arrival time is withing this time slot there will be someone to welcome you.
If your arrival is after 17:00 then you can inform us, either by phone or e-mail, and we will be waiting for you.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets inside apartments. However, you have the option to keep your pet in the open space outside our complex.

At this moment we only accept cash. We are trying to adopt more means. There are few ATMs in the village if you run out of cash.

Yes, you will have to pay in advance the first two nights in order to confirm your reservation. You can pay in cash if you are in the village or transfer money to our bank account that would be given to you.
We are trying to adopt more means of payment but if you want to suggest a way we can always make an arrangement.
If your stay is only for one night then you will have to prepay the whole amount.

We clean your apartments every third night. If you stay for 4 days then we clean after the 2nd night. After we clean we also change your bed sheets and towels.
